Tilke Focus Design was appointed as Construction Supervision Consultant for the Speed Park Track & Blade at Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia, supporting the delivery of one of the region’s most ambitious motorsport developments. The appointment marked an important milestone for Tilke Focus Design and established its role in the delivery of a landmark project within Qiddiya’s Motorsport Precinct.

Designed as an FIA Grade 1 circuit, the Speed Park Track features approximately 21 corners, high-speed sections, and The Blade — an elevated, raceable corner rising approximately 70 metres above the surrounding terrain. The project combines high-performance circuit design with complex infrastructure and engineering requirements, creating a distinctive motorsport environment integrated into Qiddiya’s dramatic landscape.

As Construction Supervision Consultant, Tilke Focus Design provides multidisciplinary oversight throughout construction, working across engineering, infrastructure, technical coordination, and project delivery to support the realization of the design. The project represents a significant step in Tilke Focus Design’s growing motorsport portfolio and its involvement in the development of Qiddiya City.
