In February 2026, Tilke Focus Design was appointed as Construction Supervision Consultant for the Outfield Spectator’s Experience at Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia, following completion of the project’s design phase. The appointment expands Tilke Focus Design’s role within Qiddiya’s Motorsport Precinct and reflects its growing involvement in the delivery of integrated sports and spectator environments.

Spanning approximately 150,000 sqm, the Outfield Spectator’s Experience takes a landscape-led approach to spectator facilities, combining elevated viewing areas, terraces, public spaces, and event infrastructure overlooking the Speed Park Track & Blade. Designed to support major motorsport events while remaining active throughout the year, the development creates a more immersive relationship between spectators, the surrounding landscape, and the racing experience.

As Construction Supervision Consultant, Tilke Focus Design is supporting the delivery of the project, coordinating across disciplines and helping ensure that the design intent is translated into the built environment. The project demonstrates Tilke Focus Design’s multidisciplinary approach to creating sports destinations that extend beyond the competition venue itself.
