In January 2026, Tilke Focus Design was appointed to provide Interior Design and MEP Engineering services for the New Murabba Activation Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Located at the heart of the New Murabba development and anchored by The Mukaab, the Activation Center is designed as an immersive environment that brings the vision of the wider masterplan to life for stakeholders, investors, tenants, and visitors.

The project comprises five interconnected buildings incorporating VVIP lounges, digital galleries, mock-up apartments, and curated exhibition spaces. Interior design, lighting, digital media, and integrated MEP systems work together to create a flexible environment that can accommodate major events while supporting day-to-day operations.

The project demonstrates Tilke Focus Design’s multidisciplinary approach to complex, experience-driven environments, bringing interior design and engineering together to create spaces that are both technically robust and engaging for their users.
